As a St. Louis native, Brooke is an advocate for the city’s peculiar food trends. T-ravs, gooey butter cake, and bread sliced bagels are near and dear to her heart. Lighthearted and energetic, she’s a pizza fanatic, never turns down free food and is always down to try something new. In her free time, Brooke enjoys creative outlets such as DIY projects and painting. She’s wonderful at making macaroni and cheese but thanks to Oola, she is expanding her cooking experience.
